Where we ship from

All orders ship from Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Handling time

Orders are carefully packed and handed to the courier within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Carriers and delivery times

We ship worldwide by private courier (FedEx or DHL). Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs processing. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination. Large or fragile pieces are specially packed and priced accordingly.

Duties and import taxes

Orders shipped outside Argentina may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees in the destination country. Where possible these are shown at checkout; otherwise they are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order (14 days for customers in the European Union, the United Kingdom and Norway).
