Refund Policy

Every item at SELVA is a one-of-a-kind vintage, antique or collectible piece. We describe each item's condition as accurately as we can, and normal signs of age or wear are not considered defects.

Return window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at nextdoormkt@gmail.com before sending anything back, so we can approve the return and give you the return address.

Customers in the European Union, the United Kingdom and Norway: you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from your purchase, as required by consumer law in those countries.

Condition of returned items
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, in their original packaging, and must be fully insured during transit.

Return shipping
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and for insuring the parcel. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except as described under "Damaged or not as described" below.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund its purchase price to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Import duties and taxes
Duties and import taxes collected at checkout are paid to customs authorities, not to SELVA. They are refunded only if, and to the extent that, the customs authority returns them to us.

Damaged or not as described
If your item arrives damaged or differs significantly from its description, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. If we confirm the issue, we will refund the full amount, including shipping, and cover the cost of the return.

Cancellations
You may cancel an order for a full refund at any time before it ships.

Non-returnable items
Items marked "final sale," items that have been altered or damaged after delivery, and parcels refused at delivery without prior agreement cannot be returned.

Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
